Our refund and return policy are 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, we will no longer be able to refund your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items include anything customized, i.e. symbols for your specific canvas, release sheets with your name or images, unless a mistake in spelling has been made by us.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

Please contact us before sending your item back to us.  Forced returns will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the method you used for payment. Depending on your bank, this can take up to 10 days to process.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges/Cancellations 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.  Send us an email at {banditstickers@outlook.com} and send your item to: {Bandit Stickers, 44920 W Hathaway Ave, Ste. 313, Maricopa, AA 85138} when we give you the ok to send, not before.  Forced returns will not be refunded.

Cancellations can only be done in the first 24 hours of purchase.  After that, cancellations will not be honored and your order will be created and send as ordered.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Bandit Stickers, 44920 W Hathaway Ave, Ste. 313, Maricopa, AA 85138} after you have been in contact with us.  Forced returns will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as these funds have already been given to and used by the USPS and they cannot be refunded.
